1. About this Agreement
1.1 Overview
This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions that apply to your subscription (subscription fees) with Concept 4 All.
The following terms also apply to your Subscription:
a) The terms of use for any websites or mobile apps covered by your Subscription; b) our Privacy Policy.
1.2 This Agreement is Binding
a) You warrant that you are of legal age, and are authorized to enter into this agreement and be bound by it. b) If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you warrant that:
- you have full legal authority to bind that legal entity; and
- both you and the relevant legal entity will be bound by the terms set out under this agreement.
1.3 Duration
This agreement commences on the subscription Activation Date and continues until:
a) you terminate this Agreement under clause 1.4; or b) Concept 4 All terminates this Agreement under clause 12.
1.4 Termination/Cancellation by Subscriber
You can terminate this Agreement at any time by:
a) Cancelling your subscription online via the designated cancellation page; or b) Contacting Concept 4 All via email: info@concept4all.com. Please note, cancellation will take between 2-7 business days; c) Once successfully unsubscribed, you will receive an email confirmation to your registered email. Your subscription remains active until you voluntarily opt out.
2. Managing your Subscription
2.1 Automatic Renewal of Subscribed Services
a) If you pay Concept 4 All the applicable service amount, the subscribed service or project will be assigned accordingly during the Subscription Term. b) Your Subscription will be automatically renewed every Subscription Period unless terminated under clauses 1.4, 11, or 12.
2.2 Subscribing to Other Services
a) During the Term, you may subscribe to other Services by:
- adding them via the Concept 4 All website or by contacting us via email;
- paying the fees for the additional Service.
b) The Service becomes active once Concept 4 All confirms acceptance in writing.
2.3 Un-subscribing from a Subscribed Service
You can unsubscribe from any Service at any time through the process outlined in clause 1.4.
3. Website Access and Email Alerts
3.1 Application of this Clause
This clause applies to: a) email alerts forming part of your Subscription; b) access to Secure Areas of the Websites.
3.2 Email Alerts
a) You will receive updates related to your Subscription including receipts, updates, and promotional material unless you opt out. b) Alerts will be sent to the email address provided at subscription. c) For updates to your email address, contact info@concept4all.com.
3.3 Access to Websites
a) Secure access will be provided to Concept 4 All’s website to manage subscriptions. b) If credentials are provided:
- keep them confidential;
- you are responsible for activity under your credentials.
3.4 No Guaranteed Access
a) The internet may not be uninterrupted or error-free. b) We cannot guarantee:
- Website availability at all times;
- Timely email alerts;
- Virus or error-free systems. c) Some content may be restricted outside the UAE.
3.5 Our Right to Change Subscribed Services
We reserve the right to modify or remove any Subscribed Service with 14 days’ notice.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1 Fees
a) You agree to pay Subscription Fees in advance. b) Payments can be made via debit/credit card, Apple Pay, GPay, or PayPal. c) Notify us of payment detail changes. d) Subscription options include daily, weekly, and monthly.
4.2 Refunds
Refunds are available: a) where required by law; b) for unauthorised payments with evidence; c) in extenuating cases at Concept 4 All’s sole discretion.
4.3 Acceptance of Terms
Payment signifies full acceptance of these terms.
4.4 Fees – Nominated Payment Method
a) You must ensure timely payment and valid payment method. b) Charges will be made on:
- Activation Date;
- Start of each Subscription Period;
- Any missed payments.
5. Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights
All rights in Services and Websites are owned or licensed by Concept 4 All.
6. Confidentiality
Terms and exchanged information are confidential except where required by law.
7. Privacy
Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Contact us for more information.
8. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for accurate contact details.
9. Our Liability
9.1 Availability
Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, consequential losses.
9.2 Exclusions
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws.
10. Suspension of Subscription
Subscription may be suspended without notice if: a) payment is not made; b) access is no longer available; c) payment source is unlawful.
11. Termination of Agreement
11.1 Termination
We may terminate if: a) you breach this agreement; b) your Subscription ends; c) illegal activity is suspected.
11.2 Effect of Termination
a) All Subscriptions end immediately; b) No refund is issued post-termination.
12. General
This agreement is governed by UAE law. Disputes are subject to UAE jurisdiction. Invalid clauses are severable. Assignment requires written consent.
13. Definitions
Activation Date – when your subscription is confirmed via email or receipt. Subscribed Service – A service you have subscribed to under Concept 4 All. Subscription – The agreement between you and Concept 4 All. Subscription Fees – The payment required to maintain your Subscription. Subscription Term – The duration from Activation Date until termination.
